Use all-dielectric self-supporting (ADSS) cables, which are cost effective and convenient next-gen fiber cables that can be installed with simple-to-use hardware and can withstand very high-tension loads and long spans. Obviously, these fiber cables need to be resistant to electricity, which can be difficult as many aerial cables contain high tensile steel (HTS) for tensile strength. The existing 2" conduit contains 4x 1/0 XLPE cable (rated for direct-burial), so I plan on pulling outdoor rated, non-metallic fiber through the same conduit.
